CCHO Participates in the ISPOR’s (International Society of Pharmaco-Economics and Outcome Research) 21st Annual European Congress
Mr. Russell Becker, CCHO partner and US expert in HEOR for the region of Middle East and North Africa, and Dr. Ayla Mesmar, Healthcare Consultant at CCHO, presented two posters at the 21st Annual European Congress titled New Perspectives for Improving 21st Century Health Systems took place in Barcelona, Spain on November 10-14th, 2018.
The first poster, Landscape Assessment of a MENA Healthcare Database for Use in Health Economics Modeling, was a data mapping exercise done to assess the capabilities of GlobeMed based longitudinal data as a source to cover data needs in health economic modeling.
The second poster, Key Stakeholders Perceptions of HEOR Usage in Lebanon, was mainly conducted to understand the current use of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) data by Lebanese payers in their decision-making process.
